Which are the delivery terms of credit reports?

MF Honyvem reports can have different delivery terms that go from real time (reports based on elaborations of official data and balance sheets) to several days (detailed analysis and non official information surveys by analysts)

Is it possible to order a single report?

Sure! If you wish to try the quality of MF Honyvem reports or need a single report, try "Infopay". You can pay by Credit Card or bank transfer.

 

 

 

 

I don't want to pay by credit card. What can I do?

No problem, if you wish you can buy Infopay or Minisubscriptions also by bank transfer.

Fill in the fax order form relating to the choosen subscription and send it to the following fax number +39 030 2234293 attaching copy of bank transfer confirmation.

How much do credit reports cost? And balance sheets?

Please note that in the pricelist you will find the maximum price of reports. As a customer you can obtain higher discounts and particular advantages according to your volume requirements.

What is Discover Web?

Discover Web is the online platform reserved to MF Honyvem customers by means of which you can order business information services and balance sheets. To access Discover Web it is necessary to have a User ID and a Password.

Access codes are supplied only to customers.

It is easy to become our customer: you just have to buy a subscription through one of our agents or order a minisubscription (from 50 to 300 €) to have a credit you can use to order all MF Honyvem products.

 

 

 

 

 

Why does a white page come up when I click on Discover Web?

This anomaly is often caused by too many Internet files on a local PC. Browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, …) copy on local disk the visited Internet pages. When too many of these files have been saved, accessing Discover Web might be impossible beacuse other files cannot be added.

 

Solution for Explorer:
1. From Tools Menu (Internet Explorer 5 or more advanced) select Internet Options;
2. Click on General;
3. In Temporary Internet Files section click on Delete File button;
4. Confirm temporary files cancellation by clicking on OK;
5. Close and restart browser

 

Solution for Netscape:
1. From Modify Menu select Favourites;
2. Click on Advanced and select Cache;
3. Click on Delete Cache from memory and Delete Cache from disk buttons;
4. Confirm temporary files cancellation by clicking on OK;
5. Close and restart browser

 

 

 


Which minimum Browser release do I have to use to access Discover Web?

To access Discover Web you need Internet Explorer 5.0 or a more advanced release.
